Past Performance
Since 2008 Jemcap has purchased pools of loans consisting of over 460 loans with a total unpaid balance of approximately 400 million dollars of performing and non-performing loans. In addition to loans, we have purchased many individual residential REO’s and notes.
Jemcap has purchased several multifamily properties that we rehabilitated and currently manage and own. These include properties in Brooklyn, Long Island and South Carolina.
